37-year-old, HIV-positive, James Clinton Houser, from Greene Township, Pennsylvania, was arrested after he had physically assaulted a woman and later cut himself and poured his blood onto his victim.
On Monday 3rd October, the police were alerted of a domestic incident at a home in Greene Township. The officers met James who informed them that the woman had attacked him and his infected blood was all over the house. The victim had already fled the scene and was hiding in a nearby house.
The police found and questioned her about the incident. She reported that James began his assault by pushing her into a chair, she was slapped multiple times on her face, leaving bruises. She tried to escape but she was pushed to the ground.
Houser then grabbed a broken piece of gals and cut his arm, he began to bleed all over her face, chest and legs. Court documents cited that the amount of blood James intentionally spilled was a “sufficient amount to transmit the disease.”
The victim eventually escaped the house.
James Clinton Houser was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, terroristic threats and reckless endangerment.
Houser is being held at Franklin County Jail on $100,000 bail.
