Shooting Suspect Defecates On Search Warrant

On Tuesday, May 16th, 24-year-old Demetrius Vidale was arrested after being suspected of being involved in a shooting with a police officer, he then defaced a search warrant given to him by defecating on it.

At approximately 3 am on Monday, officers received reports of a shooting outside Tropicante nightclub near the 4200 block of North Dixie Highway, Pompano Beach, Florida. The police arrived and upon arriving the shooter, shot a bullet towards the police officer, the deputy was forced to retaliate but the suspect managed to escape the scene.

Investigators managed to recover fingerprints from the shooting scene and were able to match them to Demetrius. 

The officer located Demetrius driving in Fort Lauderdale on Tuesday, he was pulled over and provided a copy of a search warrant which was placed on a chair and Demetrius proceeded to defecate on the documents.

Demetrius Vidale after his arrest faces charges of attempted first-degree murder, attempted murder of a law enforcement officer with a deadly weapon, armed robbery, driving with a suspended license and obstructing a police officer serving a search warrant.
