Man Eats Pancakes In Busy Traffic

A man decides to eat a plate of pancakes in the middle of a busy road, blocking traffic

On Tuesday, March 21st, 21-year-old Kiaron Tyreece Thomas was arrested for blocking traffic after he propped up a chair, a TV dinner table and began to eat a stack of pancakes doused with maple syrup, whilst unamused motorist waited in traffic.

The police were alerted of the incident at approximately 10:50 am, Kiaron sat down for his meal by the crosswalk of the eastbound lanes of Memorial Boulevard and Brunnell Parkway. Onlooker bemused by the incident took pictures of Kiaron, the police arrived in pursuit of the suspect but by the time they arrived he fled the area.

People who watched the video of Kiaron eating a meal whilst obstructing traffic tagged his name in a facebook post aiding the police in apprehending Mr. Thomas.

On Thursday, March 23rd, two days after the incident the police discovered that Kiaron resided 100 yards from the location of his pancake eatery, he was interviewed by Neighborhood Liaison Officers, who Kiaron told he was partaking in a prank.

Officer not amused by the prank arrested Kiaron Tyreece Thomas and charged him with placing an obstruction in the roadway and disrupting the free flow of traffic.
