Two Children Robbed At Lemonade Stand

Two 9-year-olds are robbed at a lemonade stand after and argument breaks out between two teenagers

Last Wednesday, 28th December, two nine-year-olds were robbed at their lemonade stand after an altercation with 19-year-old Deante Small and a 16-year-old female accomplice.

At approximately 5 pm the two children were selling lemonade at their stand outside of Livingston Apartments in Hillsborough County, Florida.

The 9-year-olds were approached by the Deante and the 16-year-old girl, the pair bought some lemonade from the children but argued over how much lemonade was given to them. During the argument between the lemonade sellers and the teenagers, one of the 9-year-olds threw lemonade on the 16-year-old.

The girl retaliated and pushed one of the children to the floor, she then proceeded to snatch an iPod and a change cup consisting of $13.53, before fleeing the scene.

The suspects were caught by the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Department, they claimed to have spent the stolen money at Walmart, the iPod was not recovered.

Deante Small was charged with robbery as was the 16-year-old female, who was also charged with battery.
