Woman Shoots At Overstaying House Guests

A Floridian woman gets tired of her loud house guests, so she pulls out a gun and begins to unload bullets into their legs

On Monday 21st November, 32-year-old Alana Annette Savell, had two house guests whom she became tired of due to their loud drunken behavior, so she grabbed her gun and began shooting the floor to give warning shots but instead shot on of her guests in the leg.

Alana, who lives in Panama City, Florida, had two guests arrive at her home a woman named Kristy Jo Mohr, and a guy who went by the name Gary. The couple arrived at Alana's home at around 1am to hang out, they began to drink alcohol and make loud noises. 

Alana became tired of her loud guests and requested her guests to leave her home, they did not comply with her request.

Alana's boyfriend Ben devised a plan for Alana to grab a gun and begin to fire it into the ground, Alana agrees tot he idea and retrieves a .22-caliber handgun.

Alana began to fire the gun but instead of firing at the ground she was aiming at the couple's feet. the duo began to run out of the house, Kristy was struck twice in the leg. Alana mistakenly shot her boyfriend Ben in the incident too. A statement made to the police by Alana read, "she knew she was wrong for shotting [sic] at the victim and Gary, but stated when she started shooting she could not stop,".

Alana disposed of her gun in the garbage bin outside of her home.

The police were called to the hospital where Kristy Jo Mohr was receiving treatment, they took a police report and arrested Alana. Alana Annette Savell was charged with aggravated battery with a firearm. and taken to the Bay County Jail, she is being held on a $100,000 bond.
