Man Sprayed Axe Bodyspray Into Mouth During Dui Stop

Why? because the drunken driver wanted to cover himself head to toe with the perfume

On Monday 14th November Rock Hill police officers pulled over a man who was driving erratically over the road, the officer then saw the man spray AXE body spray into his mouth which did not help his argument of being sober.

45-year-old Patrick David Butler, was driving his silver Nissan Frontier in the early hours of Monday morning in Rock Hill, York County, South Carolina. A police officer noticed the Nissan crossing the center lines several times and saw the vehicle jerk to avoid hitting a curb along the 500-block of Heckle Boulevard.

The police proceeded to pull over Patrick. The police officer saw Patrick spray AXE body spray into his mouth. The police report stated that Patrick was "actively spraying AXE body spray into this mouth,".

The officer asked Patrick as why he was spraying the body spray in his mouth? Patrick's reply to the officer was that hew was spraying himself from "head to toe".

Patrick explained that he had consumed "two beers and a shot of Jack Daniels while watching football." 

Patrick failed  three separate field sobriety tests.

Patrick David Butler was charged with driving under the influence.
