Man Drives Off Without Paying For Gas 13 Times From The Same Store

When stealing gas remember to diversify your locations of theft

Daniel Carl Guthrie, 33, from West Fargo, North Dakota has been arrested on the 12th of June and faces 13 counts of theft after being accused of stealing gas from the same gas station thirteen times, according to Fargo Municipal Court documents.

The gas station in question is Little Dukes, the station where Daniel Guthrie used to fill his tank with free gas thirteen times.

All the incident occurred in a one-month span from Late April to Late May. The largest amount of gas which Daniel stole was taken on the 5th of May and was worth $29.01(£20). On the 21st of May, Daniel stole the lowest amount of gas worth $11.25. All of his crimes were caught on surveillance footage.

After being arrested for his 13 misdemeanors he faced trial on June 13th where he pleaded guilty for his crimes. Daniel has to pay a fine of $500 and spend a total of 30 days in jail for his crimes.
