Using a huge construction vehicle to break into a bank to take a small ATM is what overkill looks like but it worked.
The incident occurred 4.00am on Thursday morning outside of Alberta Treasury Branch, Caroline, Alberta, Canada.

Police officers were notified of an incident occurring via an intrusion alarm which went off as the suspects broke in. What they found at the site was astounding, they found a 14-ton, 10ft tall, 24ft long front end loader sitting outside of what looked like a demolition site. The bank's front entrance was completely caved in with the door smashed and the windows shattered.
The ATM machine was taken by two males who have yet to be identified. The police recovered an ATM and a trailer located nearby but the money has been taken and the suspects are yet to be caught.
