Landlord, Brooke Skoda-Kempton steals dog named Isis turns herself into the Marion police in a Limo

Brooke Skoda-Kempton, 39-years-old, landlord of a property had a dispute with her tenant, Kate Taylor, 30-years-old and decided to kick her out of her property for 'being disrespectful', reported by KATU. Kate obliged and part of the rental agreement was to take the horses which were kept at Brooke's mother's house  and leave. Kate decided to sell the horses instead of taking them with her.

Brooke went to see Kate's father, Kevin Taylor, 61-years-old, when she arrived at his house she told him that his daughter stole two saddles from her. Brooke told Kevin that she will take Kate's dog Isis until she gets her saddle back. When Brooke was leaving in her truck Kevin tried to stop her by jumping on the back but injured his wrist in the process. Kate denies claims that she stole Brooke's saddle and says that she just wants her dog back.

The Taylor family contacted the police who were then able to get into contact with Brooke. Brooke turned up to Marion County Jail in a black Limo 10 minutes after the phone call was made. Brooke has refused to tell the police the location of Isis the dog,

After her arrest, Brooke received charges of theft and robbery, her trial commences on the 27th of May, It is still unreported of the location of Isis.
